We provide comprehensive information in regards to care homes, services and suppliers to members of the public or to care organisations; however, we can support persons seeking care with getting in touch with care homes, care services and suppliers of their choice, local to them and based on their individual needs.
We also provide links to important up to date information in regards to care fees, available funding/ grants and what to expect through our partner Money Advice Service to make this information easily accessible user-friendly
Find Me Care Homes Limited was established because we identified a need to support members of the general public seeking care homes, care services and suppliers. We also identified that it is a difficult and stressful time for both individuals and families seeking care and that there is a lot of research needed to feel reassured about searching for the right care service for yourself or a loved one. Therefore we decided to launch Find Me Care Homes Ltd to make it more accessible for people to search for the care services they require as we appreciate that this can be a difficult and upsetting time.
